Maple sugar season hung on late this year, and we're thankful! Peter faithfully manned the sap boiling operation all day long and the result was sweet!
Taking out some ash and dust...
Gallons and gallons of sap made this.... (bottle on right was just for example of store bought. : P)

Cool, I've always thought it would be fun to make some maple syrup. Is it worth all the gallons making just a few bottles?
Yeah, it's a lot of work for not a lot of syrup....we only did it for a day, and it was just Peter mostly...so, you have to decide how valuable your time is.
